Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy ensures transparency and fairness in how bookings, payments and cancellations are handled on TalkToSomeone.in.

1. Booking Token

A small advance (₹499) is required to confirm your selected slot. This amount is adjusted in your final session fee.

2. Refund Rules

Refunds depend on how early you inform:

• Full refund if cancelled 12 hours before the session
• 50% refund if cancelled within 6 hours
• No refund if cancelled within 3 hours

3. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your session free of cost, as long as you inform before the 3-hour window. A new time will be arranged based on availability.

4. If You Don’t Feel Comfortable

Comfort matters. If, before meeting, you feel unsure — your booking amount is returned without any questions.

5. If the Session is Ended Early

If either person feels uncomfortable during the session, the meeting may be ended. Refund adjustments depend on how much time was completed.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

• No-Refund for last-minute cancellations (under 3 hours)
• Repeated cancellations without notice
• Any behaviour violating the boundaries of the service

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are sent back through UPI to the same account you paid from. Processing time: usually within 2–4 hours.
